Customer Support is available from the following options:

  • FOR AN IMMEDIATE SUPPORT RESPONSE: click on the VereCare LIVE Online Support Chat Icon when it shows Support as being   ONLINE   ... you will find this VereCare LIVE Online Support Chat Icon on either the Veretekk Back Office page, when you click the VereCare - Support button -OR- when you go to the Company web site found at www.inetekk.com
     
  • FOR A SUPPORT RESPONSE WITHIN 24/48 HOURS: when the VereCare LIVE Online Support Chat Icon shows Support as being   OFFLINE   ... use Skype to contact Support, which can be found at the links below:
     
  • TECHNICAL PROBLEMS: Skype (inetekk) System Tech Problems have to be fixed by Tom or Mike but it is important that your system be tested first possibility on a different computer to be sure it is not YOUR TECH Problem and not a System Tech Problem. In addition a member can check the Veretekk Forum to see if a fix has been found by another Veretekk member.
     
  • GENERAL SUPPORT PROBLEMS: Skype (u2canrq) General Support cannot do anything about Tech Problems except help you identify if the Tech Problem is at your end or a system problem. Tech Problems have to be FIXED by you, if it is at your end, or by Tom or Mike if it is a system error.
     
  • FOR ALL SUPPORT USERS: Whether you use the Live Online Support Chat or the Skype Support System, you will need to include your FULL NAME, any USERNAMES that apply to Inetekk, Veretekk or any of the Portals, and DETAILS of the problem you are experiencing. In addition, if it is an ACCOUNTING Problem, support will need the last four (4) number of the credit card or debit card being charged and the amount being charged. Please remember, General Support cannot do anything about Tech Problems except help you identify if the Tech Problem is at your end or a system problem. Tech Problems have to be FIXED by you, if it is at your end, or by Tom or Mike if it is a system error.
     
  • VERETEKK MEMBERS ONLY: It is important that Veretekk members know that the VereCare Live Chat Support & The Skype Support System is NOT for 1-ON-1 Trainings. Veretekk currently has close to 100 Trainers offering Live & Recorded Trainings in their own Veretekk Conference Training Rooms and we currently only have ONE Support Person. Please do not bring your training questions to support.

    Remember, if you have questions pertaining to subjects covered in the many training classes Veretekk offers, it is best if you ask your questions of the trainer during the Live Training session and NOT during a VereCare Live Chat Support or The Skype Support Systems.
